Kim has worked in script development for the last six years. She works with production companies such as Freedom Films, Yellow Bird productions, and Moving Pictures Media Group. Her work with script development services and screenplay contests includes Industrial Scripts and Uplift Scripts. Kim has also worked with many individual writers.

Kim graduated with a first-class honors degree in Politics, Philosophy, and History from London University. She graduated from UCLA’s Professional Program In Screenwriting in 2018 and is currently studying for an MA in Creative writing at Essex University.

Kim is a writer. Her screenplays include an adaptation of the novel ‘No Good Deed’ by Manda Scott, a limited series about Victoria Woodhull, the first woman to run for president of the United States, based on the biography ‘Notorious Victoria’ by Mary Gabriel, and a dark dramedy series about a female serial killer called ‘Reborn’.

Kim was an actor for many years. She trained at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Her extensive career as a leading actor includes classical roles; Cordelia in ‘King Lear’ at the Old Vic, Elena in ‘Uncle Vanya’ opposite Stephen Rea, Lady Chiltern in Sir Peter Hall’s acclaimed production of ‘An Ideal Husband’ at the Haymarket Theatre in the West End. Starring roles in films such as ‘The Tall Guy’, ‘Stealing Heaven’, and ‘Princess Diaries II’ are complemented by numerous guest and recurring roles on British and US television. Kim has been a regular contributor on current affairs for the ‘This Morning’ show, and Sky News in the UK. She has also worked as a communication skills coach for companies in both the UK and the US.
